THT Hockey uses infrared timing technology for accurate results. For shot speed, we use the famous JUGGS Radar Gun. Skills tested are forward and backward skating, transition skating, full lap, quick start, slap shot and wrist shot. We recommend testing at the beginning, middle. and end of the season to display development over time. Data gathered is excellent information for players, parents, and coaches. Used to identify areas of strength and improvement. Helps players and teams set individual and team goals. Skills Testing is an amazing team-building event for everyone involved.

I enjoy hosting and facilitated clinics and speaking engagements in many different areas of sport, specifically hockey performance and development, including sport psychology, technical shooting, skating, body-checking and tactics for coaches, teams, and associations. I offer teambuilding and leadership training for pro and amateur teams, schools, corporate and charity events, and Keynote Speaking for companies like Bell Canada and McMaster University.
